At Hippy House Smoke Shop, we want you to love your free-spirited fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your items and place them in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
